Season of Self Love: Summer Full Bloom Crystal Retreat

The Season of Self Love series focuses on leaning on the powerful energy of the Earth, her seasons, and crystals to guide us to our most fulfilling life. The wheel of the year turns, and while we cleared and prepped our gardens at the spring retreat, we are ready to grow into FULL BLOOM this summer.

What does *full expression* look like for you? This is beyond showing up, beyond meeting your basic needs. This is unapologetically taking up space and following your true desires to create the life you were born to live, and cultivate the light you were meant to shine! 

In this retreat we will spend two days and one night in the loving crystal vibrations of Garnet, Carnelian and Sunstone, focusing on nurturing ourselves during our stay and connecting with our desires and fiery creatrix energy within.

We will focus on acknowledging our true wants and desires which illuminate our unique path to full bloom. Supported by our learnings with the crystals, we will move through meditations, journaling and deep honest reflections on our basic needs, desires, perceived obligations and limiting stories/beliefs that keep us small. We will use all we’ve learned to create personal intentions and mantras before returning back home to implement intentional daily self care, love and support. 

To nurture us throughout the retreat will be our crystals. We will learn about the beautiful frequencies of crystals and how they can help support your own frequency, your growth and intentionality. Included in the retreat will be your own set of crystals for daily rituals and support. 

Woven throughout the stay will also be a heart opening Cacao ceremony as well as a nurturing yoga practice with Jessi Trujillo. Providing us with loving nourishment, Mary Fyfe will create plant based meals and snacks that support and balance the sacral chakra (center of desire and creation!) during our stay.  

Our retreat will be held on the magical 5 acres of beautiful Rocky Mountain wilderness and retreat space, Freebird Valley. Cozy accommodations include shared rooms, two living spaces for relaxing and connecting and a separate Gathering Space for our meditations, yoga, cacao and study for the weekend. Free time to hike, explore and soak in the mountain beauty will be woven throughout our time.
