We designed an immersive weekend dedicated to evolving your yoga\, both on and off the mat.  \nImmerse yourself in the journey of cultivating the balance\, strength\, and surrender necessary to live a conscious and meaningful life through the portal of handstand.  \nThe weekend includes yoga instruction with peak posture intelligent sequencing by advanced practitioner and teacher\, Kris Cox.  Daily lectures focused on ‘off-the-mat’ yoga philosophy and integration\, by Kacey Kingry – a successful life coach\, alcohol-free supportive counselor and yoga teacher.  Jeremiah Davidson\, a clinical psychotherapist and longtime yoga student and teacher will guide on scientific based down-regulating optimal breathing for the yoga classroom and intentional cold exposure (ice baths!). \nThis immersion is designed as an alternative to the traditional relaxation focused retreats.   We expect this weekend to be physically powerful\, finding edges\, moving beyond them\, AND we know that sometimes our edges are learning to soften vs engage.  This weekend is perfect for intermediate and advanced yogis looking to expand their practice\, AND there is always space for beginners who would like to understand the value of experienced instruction\, guidance\, and personal modification.  \n You do not have to be an arm-balancer to attend this retreat. DESCRIPTION:If you imagine yourself as a lovely garden\, how’s it looking? Is it healthy and ready for the spring ahead\, or is it needing some love and nurturing? A garden isn’t in place just to survive\, a garden is meant to thrive. And so are you!  \nIn this retreat we will spend two days and one night in the loving vibrations of Rose Quartz\, Green Aventurine and Flower Agate\, focusing on nurturing ourselves during our stay and how to carry that into your life this spring.  \nWe will focus on what your garden (aka YOU) needs to thrive\, what needs to be prioritized and what needs to be weeded out. Supported by our learnings with the crystals\, we will move through meditations\, journaling and deep honest reflections on our basic needs\, desires and perceived obligations. We will use all we’ve learned to create personal intentions and mantras (seeds to plant!) before returning back home to implement intentional daily self care and self love.  \nTo nurture us throughout the retreat will be our crystals. Connection is the intention\, vehicle and destination.  \nWe will gather and connect as a community united in our interest in growing past what we know. We gather to share in the wonder\, the curiosity of what lies past the perceived barriers\, past fear. What is possible in connection and expansion? In love and compassion for ourselves and each other\, we enter this journey together to begin the exploration.   \nFrom there we will connect with the Earth\, her nurturing magic\, and the love that joins us all. We will connect with song\, music and sacred sound. We will connect in community\, discussion and the shared experience of expanded consciousness.  \nWith great honor\, Kris provides the vessel\, the drum space for each of us to meet ourselves\, and love ourselves to invite healing. Kris is a student of yoga\, music\, meditation\, plant medicines and the magic of mycelium. Expansion and growth are ever present purposes. Love is the North Star. These are the fundamentals of Kris’ facilitation.
