Spirit of the Mountain Retreat

Join for a magical weekend of community, sound healing, nature, and reflection in the Mountains of Jefferson, CO. Spirit of the Mountain Retreat is a weekend of connection. Connection with ourselves, the earth, and with our community, both at the retreat and once returning home. There will be Morning Sound Baths to begin your day, with a chance to go explore the land and take in the natural beauty of the surroundings. There will be group discussions, guided meditations with Sound Healing, and learn how to use herbs to make your own custom cleansing spray. On the last night there will be an evening of Cacao and a ceremonial fire, where you will learn how to use the fire for prayer, intentions, and release.

At times, meals will be used for group discussions. A time to share, express and to discuss a variety of concepts to help bring interconnectedness back into our lives and to explore how to bring more peace and unity into our every day.
