Freebird Yoga Weekend

A weekend of Yoga, Nature and Connection, both on and off the mat.
Freebird Valley Collective is planning an ongoing series of Yoga Weekends. As intentionally accessible experiences, hosted by Jeremiah Davidson and different guest co-teachers each time, this is your weekend yoga pass.
This is a spacious weekend to get out of town, drop into nature, settle onto your practice and reconnect – to yourself, to the land and to other like minded friends. With multiple classes per weekend, this is a mindful, intentional practice rooted in anatomy and movement, designed for self, society, and source.
Meet your June teachers:
Jeremiah Davidson: Jeremiah is a Colorado State Licensed Social Worker, yoga guide, and certified Breath & Cold Master Instructor. He has practiced yoga since 2001 and is trained in vinyasa, Bikram, and yin. Jeremiah’s background in clinical psychotherapy, research analysis, and concentrations on nervous system down regulation informs his honed approach to breathing techniques on the yoga mat and in his uniquely designed cold exposure method. Jeremiah is a published author, exploring purposeful humanity through decades of attending the Burning Man event. He currently resides in the high valley of Colorado, a short drive from Freebird Valley, and enjoys re-wilding and fundamental relationships with natural elements.
Sarah Kiminski: After years of practicing yoga and experiencing its life-changing physical and mental benefits, Sarah completed her yoga teacher training in Minneapolis in 2017. The personal growth and sense of community she found there gave her the courage to pursue a long-held dream, moving to a new state. In 2018, Colorado became home. Sarah embraces a lifestyle centered on movement, time outdoors, and meaningful, face-to-face connection. Years later, her commitment to practicing, teaching, and deepening her understanding of yoga remains a top priority. To her, yoga is more than a practice, it’s a way of life. She prioritizes breath, present-moment awareness, and alignment with one’s true nature each day.
Claire Le Lait: Claire is an experienced Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500 yoga teacher who has been guiding and supporting students on their yoga journeys since 2011. Her teaching style is slow and deliberate with creative sequencing, precise cueing, and optional hands-on assists. Through nurturing practices like restorative yoga, mindful movement, and self-myofascial release, she creates space for students to rest, reset, and listen inward. Her classes invite people to slow down, step out of the constant busyness of daily life, and reconnect to themselves on a more meaningful level.
